is it possible to install seat heaters?

Possible but not worth what you will spend in parts to do it. Seat heaters are overrated, IMHO.

I think seat heaters are wonderful. It may depend on where you live. Certainly here at 9,000 feet, they're great. The kits for other makes at least are very cheap and well worth it if you like heated seats. It's certainly better to purchase the car with them if you can.

I do them for my clients for $450 installed & warrantied (or $350 if installing leather at the same time). I think it's money well spent and you'll usually get it back out when you resell in the future.
