Rav4 1996 rear drum break convertion to disks

Is it ok 2004 rav 4  complete differential  set  
installation to 1996 rav4.

you may have a problem with the brake proportioning valve , the front does most of the stopping but I think they work on different pressures and the disk rears would try and lock up every time
