Have you checked/cleaned/tightened the battery connections? If you have extreme cold you may want to install a battery heater.

Yes I have cleaned the battery terminals while installing the new batteries. I hooked up a kerosene torpedo blower to blow heat beneath the engine and in 20 minutes she started right up. Apparently the block heater did work on the fuel lines. I put additional diesel cold weather treatment in the fuel tank to avoid having this problem again. Thanks for your quick response.
