Question type: Maintenance & Repair

F 350 super duty 7.3 had a fire in the power distribution fuse box.   Everything
is melted.  Truck was running fine.   The guys drove it another 20 miles to the
shop but I could not turn it off.  Had to disconnect the battery.   I need to replace
it.  What could cause that? And what do I need to look out for as I replace it?
