problems with turn on my Ford Super Duty F350 -2003 6.0 powerstroke in the cold weather conditions

He is a long time to recover and the engine disturbances to begin with. But OK in a good hot weather.

Idle air controller! These fail like this all the time!

a diesel doesnt have an idle air controller. Ive seen some that there is a reprogram that helps that. and ive seen a bunch where the fuel injection control module gives problems in cold weather starting/running
