I have 2003 foed explore when I turn swich from cool to heater it making noise from swich it don't give me heat but all cool air please help thanks

Actuator motor probably shot. Located behind the dash down to the right of the accelerator pedal. Dash has to be removed to replace. I've seen a video of someone with a 2003 reach behind the dash via the glovebox and switch it from hot to cold in about ten seconds.
