My car's passenger window won't go up or down with the switch. It's as if it's stuck. All other windows work fine, there are no other electrical problems with the car. A few days ago, when trying to roll it up/down it sounded as if something inside the door fell down. We were able to pull it up by hand and it'd cede, but yesterday we accidentally pushed it all the way down. What can be wrong?

If you heard something drop, I would suspect that the motor has failed. You will have to take off the door panel and inspect the inside. Window may have fallen off the track, or motor may be bad.
