Biggest issues are normally with the air suspension, especially if the car has been used off road. Climate control problems may occur and I would recommend inspecting the driveshafts for play. Land Rover parts are expensive in the US, which makes me glad to live in Europe where I can source them a lot cheaper and having access to a well equipped workshop means less manhour costs as well.

Air suspension, water pump, radiator, old cooler, air conditioner compressor failure. At around 150k the transmission will fail too.
