Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My van dies after I touch the gas after it starts. It is giving a p0122 code (TPS low input) I replaced the TPS in hopes of an easy fix, no luck. I have to unplug the main computer beside the batt. to reset the whole system, then it acts right for a day or so and it starts all over again. Can anyone help me?

Still working on this problem, the car is running now and has yet to stall sence I cleaned all the sensiors (O2, TPS, and MAP) but the reading are still all the same, and the P0123 is not going away. Really stumped---Starting to think of changing the harness, but still not sure if thats going to do anything! Also my cruise control has stopped working, is the apart of the first fault or do I have a new set of problems?? Would really like so help here.

at the top of engine, reach around to the backside and follow the harness for the top of engine sensors to where it lays on the coil pack. you will find the wires rotted . hope this helps
