Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2009 town and country van that my driver pulled a fuse to replace and when
replaced the van then would not start, the lights and everything come on but it will not
turn over. We have tried to jump it, disconnect the battery for 10 minutes than
reconnected and tried again and nothing. Called a tow truck to have it towed to a shop
and now it it wont even shift out of park to neutral .. help please!!

the driver side window was not working correctly, it would roll down but then when they would roll it back up it wouldn't stay up it would roll itself half way down and would do this anytime they tired to roll it up so the driver pulled the fuse for the window but thinks it was also the fuse for the ignition? they pulled the fuse then but it back in then I believe they replaced it with a new fuse. after talking to the dealership they mentioned it was possible they shorted the whole fuse box?

Check the fuses again and also the fuses in the fuse box under the hood check the ignition fuse and all the fuses in the box if any looks like its blown replace it.

ok thank you! would it be possible for them to fry the whole fuse box if they put the wrong size fuse or something stupid like that?

I never heard of that happening if the fuse was wrong or amp was higher it would just mess up the accessory that fuse went to not the whole fuse box.
