T&c van stalls and dies when u put in drive.

Took it to Chrysler they said it was torque converter
I changed it. Still does same thing . Runs in park u
put it in drive it jumps and dies unless u stomp the
gas  reverse works find . Plz help

Sounds like the torque converter clutch solenoid, inside of the transmission, is stuck on. Hope that helps! Jim
