Chrysler Sebring gtc 2006 rpm droping

I have a 2006 Chrysler sebring gtc with the 2.7 v6 and when I press on the
pedal when im driving it revs uo then drops down like 400-500 rpms and
when it shifts just befor it shifts it will drop about 300-400 rpms and the go up
then shift wondering if it is something with the trans or something with the
fuel pump the car shifts fine and actually really smooth other than that. I
seems to run better in the rain or when its cold out but that rarely happens I
live in florida so its mostly in the high 90's. 110,000 on the odom.

That's transmission slip. See a transmission shop. Maybe all you need is proper service. My guess is that the transmission fluid is dirty & worn out. If you check the owners manual, it probably tells you to do this at around eighty-thousand miles.
