I have a 2006 Chrysler Sebring GTC and the passenger side rear brake is sticking. I have replaced the pads, rotors and caliper twice and bleed the brakes but the problem still persists. after about 1500 mi. the pads are completely worn. What else could it be?

I was able to finally resolve the issue by replacing the brake line on that wheel. the difference in flow was very noticeable when I bled the brakes.
