Be on the lookout for leaks from the nine hydraulic pumps that rise and lower the top. From time to time, like every 6-8 months, check the fluid level in the hydraulic pump. Check it immediately if you notice the top is getting slower going up and down - could indiate there's a leak and the fuild's low. Kinda expensive to take care of but the best hguy to talk to and get replacement cylinders from is in Florence, OR. His name is Klaus Witte and his company is Top Hydraulics, Inc. Check out his webite at www.tophydraulicsinc.com.

If you don't check the seals....watch out. I was on a date and went to lower the top and about a quart of fluid squirted out on me and my "one-time" date. It wasn't that expensive to fix but the mechanic says it happens from time to time! Thanks, Dr. M in Houston

There are quite a few good choices out there. Some of the best reviews are for the 303 Brand of convertible top cleaning and care kit
