2004 Ford F-150. Vibration issues

I changed the driveshaft on my 2004 Ford
F-150 which is another story. My question I
that it vibrates at about 20 up until 30.  Not
much in the steering but u feel it in ur rear.  
Have not done a wheel balance yet. That's
my next thing to eliminate.  Also when u
start to accelerate slowly I feel a tad kick.  
Could that be the rear end if it does not
have enough or any fluid in the axle?
Which of course is my next check.  Any
ideas or suggestions would be great don't
want to take it in if I can fix it myself.

Begin with an inspection of the rear tires, bent rim, etc. a vibration that begins at 20 thru 30 and ends is an out of balance issue, a "vibration" that is constant is typically not a balance issue but a failing component. The driveshaft was unrelated? No impacts or destroyed parts.

The drive shaft that was on the truck was called non serviceable the ujoints were welded on. So we ended up having to replace the whole shaft. It's brand new took a lot of the vibration out of it. I am hoping it's a wheel balance. On the old drive shaft the u joint at the rear was shot and it was on its way to breaking apart. The rear end I think I need to check the fluids as I don't think it was ever done.

It is possible that the drive shaft damaged the pinion bearing as the u joint failed. This exact thing happened on my dad's 2004 F-150. Only difference is that they identified the bearing first and u joint second.
