On my 1997 ford f-150 the passenger window has completely stopped working. Does anyone know what would be the most likely cause?

You'll need to remove the door panel to check voltage at the motor to find out if it's the switch, motor or window regulator. Window regulator costs $30 to $60 online and it includes the motor.
Check the fuse first but it could be the door switch or the motor itself.
You can try this, if the window is up. Clasp each hand on either side of the glass with palms open. With someone pushing the down button on the affected window, try to gently slide the window down. If you feel the window motor trying to assist, it's bad and needs replacing.
