03 avalanche not starting

My 03 avalanche won't start I no my battery is fine
because my radio and heat come on I don't no
about cars what could b wrong

make sure the shifter is in park (try neutral) and the batt. terminals are tight and the batt. is charged , then you have to know if power is getting to the starter when you hit the key , there may be a relay or start switch at the gear select
