i cant find the jump start on my 97 s420 mercedes benz under hood can anyone help

The picture shows the plastic box lid open close to outer edge of inner wing. Not sure what model this is from but all fairly similar on all models. Located within the false bulkhead .

That picture is a 210 E-class. W140 (your car) doesn't have a place to jump start under the hood. Why can't you open the trunk?
