Sometimes the dealer/original owner will write it down in the owners manual, I would check there first.

It's in the owner's manual, the booklet dealing with the radio. I have one in my car. You can't reactivate the radio without that code. Dealer may have it if you don't have the manual, but he'll probably make you show proof of ownership. Good luck.
