All the windows plus my sunroof won't go up or come down I can hear the mother working but nothing happens. They just stopped workin.

Check your fuses and relays. If all appear to be good, I would test the main window switch for power. Another common place for a wire to break is on the back side of the door where the door meets the fender. You will see a big wire harness there. Cut through the protective coating and expose the wires. Check all the wires for breaks. Here is a video on how to remove the switch panel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKbszdcMkK8 If your sunroof isn't a relay or fuse issue, I would just live with it not working. It will be more to fix than your car is worth. If the gears have broken inside of the tracks, you have tear out the entire roof headliner to fix the sunroof.
