Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What's wrong with my 93 toyota camry - It will start but won't go. When I shift it to D, I will hear a soft klug klug klug and the noise loudens if I step on the gas but the car won't move. If I shift it back to Park you will hear a kkrrrkkkking noise when the shifter passes by the reverse gear. I checked the Trans fluid but it is full. What part of the transmission is broken, if I am right. Any idea how much would it cost to repair if I will bring it to a shop. Pls help. Thanks.

It sounds like you have a bad problem there. Try shifting to a lower gear and see if it moves. This type of problem will need removal and repair/rebuild or replacement.

Thanks Goodwench707. I tried shifting to lower gear but the same thing happens. How much would it cost for it to be repaired or rebuild?
