2004 Toyota 4Runner No heat but AC works of this SUV

This heater core has very hot lines going into and out of it from the firewall. Also checked on the drivers side under the dash and the lines feel hot there as well. Also fixed the lower motor on the passenger side for the flap inside of heater box but did not help ( it was making the grinding sound). I have not flushed the heater core, but didn't think I needed to because the lines going in and out were hot. did not replace the thermostat because the lines are hot. Weird problem, it has cold AC but the heat will not blow out hot or warm air. does anyone have a diagram of the heater box for a 2004 4runner SR5
