can anyone help me with my 92 it keeps flooding out i changed plugs and plug rubbers it still does it ?

I think I fixed it ? I took the ground cable lose while it was running it ran for like 30 seconds and died I left it off for about 15 minutes then put it back on with the key still on it runs good now
