Only 1 Window has stopped working...

Asked by ginacarman Jun 01, 2015 at 06:59 PM about the 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The window on the Rear Passenger on Drivers side has stopped working, the switch in the front and the door doesn't work and the window is just sliding down the frame, when trying the button to make it go up, no sound is heard like it is trying at all. Im not car minded so If you can help and explain anything in layman terms so I could understand please?

If your window is sinking into the door, I suspect that a cable or plastic strap has broken for the door motor. You will have to remove the door panel and inspect the motor.
