Only the rear passanger window will not operate In my son's 2004 jeep laredo. We have replaced the window regulator, and the wiring harness. The door has speaker which works. Switch has glow light

We have replaced the wire harness, and the window regulator power window
motor, the door speaker works so the door appears to have power. STILL the
window will not move. The button on door has slight glow, light to locate in
dark..... but window will not operate with either the driver door or rear
passanger button.... Internet says check fuses.... but if a fuse was blown
wouldn't it affect all windows... not only one.... please advise which fuses to
check and what the next steps can be .... son is youngoing 19 year old.... and
has spendt a lot of his money on car repairs already..... radiator, belts etc.... he
is tired of the costly repair bills..... any help would be greatly appreciated as the
fuse diagrams do to identify the fuses to check or what the likely cause is
