building up radiator pressure and blowing radiator, upper hose very hard. Replaced water pump, thermostat and now third radiator. What could be the cause?

leaking headgasket is my first bet. If your radiator is over- pressurizing, check fluid levels. When does it blow? When idle? When at higher RPMs?

Replace the radiator cap in case it is holding too much pressure.
