My stereo in my 2002 ford explorer blinks on and off when i turn it on it also makes a hummimg sound,try to play a cd it dont work at all help lol.

The humming sound you hear coming from the speakers indicates an electrical interference within the radio. Do not comtemplate repairing the radio. For a hundred bucks are so a "knockoff look-alike" can be purchased. Check the internet.
