Ford expidition wont start after changing spark plugs

I changed my 2006 ford expedition spark plugs and now it
wont turn over. When I try it sounds like the starter is
spinning off and makes a funny whining sound but
everything else works. Before I had to play around with the
ignition because it wouldn't turn over unless it was in
neutral.  Could it be the ignition switch or the starter?
