I have a 1993 Ford ranger 2wd and I found front
fenders from a 1999 Ford ranger. Will the 1999 fit
the 1993?

Those are two different generations and a style change, but to know for sure have a salvage yard or parts counter check with an interchange guide. A dealership might also be able to tell you.
