Can the KIA XCEED HATCHBACK 1.6 GDi PHEV 3
5dr DCT be driven as an automatic rather than just
semi automatic?

Most newer automatics can be held in a certain gear, so semi automatic. You can set it to drive and let the transmission shift the gears for you. So either way is fine as long as you don't over rev the engine.
