2002 Dodge Dakota Cruise control stop working cruise button works and cruise light comes on but set button does not work.

If everything but the 'set' function works it's probably in the control system. These are both listed as 1997 through 2002 Dodge Dakota

this is also listed for the 2002 Dakota and I don't see "set" on this one but what you probably do is hold 'accel' until you get to speed you want and release, that will be 'set'
