Use Valvoline or Castrol, never Pennzoil- this is good oil and you can use standard or synthetic, depending on your budget- 4-5 quarts, put in 4 and check the dipstick- don't know the filter, but ask the guys at the auto parts store or check the book at Wal Mart- be careful jacking the car up- THAT is the real problem- and dispose of the old oil properly-
