I have a 2008 Hyundai Elantra. When the temperature outside is high the A/C fan will not turn on.

The fan inside the car for the heater and ac or is it the fan for the radiator. If inside I would suggest changing the fuse. It sounds like too much resistance in the circuit some where. Try that first , otherwise I would suspe t the switch.
