I have a 2008 Hyundai Elantra 4 cylinder. My ac fan under the hood will not come on. Ive had everything replaced the radiator and ac fan relay switch and thermostat relay switch replaced.

I have swappex upper and lower relay
switches also. It has a wiring problem?
What can I do next to try and fix it already
spent over 1100 dollars worth of parts and  
labor

Yes I jumped it with the battery to make sure it worked and it comes on only that way.

If you have replaced all you said,may need to check the wiring to the relay and from the relay to the fan,you can all so pull the ac relay,and cross the terminal with paper clip to put direct fire to the fan win you cut AC on,but have some one that knows what they are doing to do this,you may just have a bad new relay>
