Noise Problem

I have a 2008 Honda Accord. When I drive under 20
mph and go over humps in road or turn the
steering wheel it sounds like empty water bottles
tapping.   Can someone advise of they know what
that it is coming from? Sounds like the noise is in
front on right side of car.
