DVD is stuck in the 6 Disk Changer

I have a 2007 ford explorer advancetrac rsc and a DVD is stuck in the 6 Disk
Changer when I try to eject it says no disk. I've tried taking the under the dash
20 amp fuse out for 10 minutes and its still showing this no disk message,
PLEASE HELP.
