Driver side seat stuck in the up position

My 2014 Ford Explorer driver side seat is stuck all
the way up and will not go down.  It will go forward
and backward and the front will tilt down, but the
seat will not move down.  Any ideas?

might be the power seat relay, you can maybe go to oreillys and pick up one and do it yourself
