Why won’t truck stay running?

93 Toyota t11.  Replaced the starter yesterday and
it will start but won’t stay running.  Suggestions?

I have a 96 T100 Toyota you can crank it up and I don't get to say run but soon as you give it gas it goes dead it won't stay running what would the problem be with the engine light on

I have a 96 T100 Toyota dealer crank up at idle and it runs perfect with those you give it gas it goes dead but I have the engine light on and I can't get it to cut off or you can take a battery cable off what should I do next
