my trucks running bad

My truck has a 3.4 5vz-fe engine its acting
up it takes a while for it to start, it idles
rough, and then when I start going its starts
jumping, spiting and backfires. Ive changed
the mass air flow sensor, ive cleaned the
throttle body, ive changed the fuel filter, and
change the spark plugs. But is still doing it.
The check engine light is on and its says
something about the air and fuel ratio. If yall
can please help!

Sorry missed the post and been in real life land- grumble- Check for any loose wires and any battery terminal corrosion, look at the Crankshaft Sensor as well. It can cause these same kinds of indications. I had that experience when my water pump had a pin hole leak and the water dripped on the Crankshaft Sensor causing the same kind "fuel starving" cutting out problems to show up.
