Im having problems with the driverside window wont go up then wont go down help.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I installed a new battery and took the cycling info and tried it. It worked fine for the passenger side. The driver side went down 2 inches and when I rolled all the way down it wouldn't come back up. Tried again and finally got it back up now worried about trying to roll it down again. It is still down 2 inches Not sure what to do with it now. Cycled it about 6 times and I am afraid it will get stuck in the down position and not come back up.

You need to change the motor that raises and lowers the window in that door.
