"Plug in to charge" notification.

Asked by Guru9JZKKC Apr 19, 2023 at 08:23 PM about the 2019 Chevrolet Bolt EV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

All of a sudden the alert for "Plug in to charge" is going on every time I turn off
the car.  Never happened before.  How do I shut that off?

Are you sure you want to? This reminder lights up when the charge left in the vehicle is at a predetermined low point to remind you to charge the battery in your Volt.

Most likely the battery needs replacing. Welcome to the world of EVs! Jim
