Failed emissions test. Fuel pressure and hc output.

have your fuel pressure tested to see if there is a fault there, and High HC output can be lots of things, you might just need a tune up, or your ignition timing might be off, you could have a vacuum leak under the hood, you could have a bad catalytic converter, your engine could have low compression, and if you have a smog pump on that model, it could be bad.
