We had the heater coil replaced today and the heat and fan worked fine driving home (about 30 minutes), then go to leave again and the fan is now not working? Any advise?

Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Heater Coil replaced today at a shop. The fan worked before the heater coil was replaced, it just blew cold air.  Now the fan is not working. Help?
