Heater fan and blinkers not working

Just got jeep back from shop having a neutral switch replaced. Now the heater fan nor the blinkers are working. Could he have knocked something loose, or is there a fuse that runs both?

It's probably two different circuits. Something may have come loose. Give the shop a call, maybe the mechanic can advise since he was just working on it.
