When I try to put fuse of multimedia in hunday Elantra 2012 it goes blow n blow blow? Wat shall I do now.

you have a short in that circuit get a schematic and trace it down or take it in to a good automotive electrical tech.

You have to start with the hot wire going to the unit in question. Trace it back until you find a break in the coating of the wire and it will be touching a metal part of the car. A schematic should be available on the web.
