2013 Ford F-150 Reviews, Pricing & Specs
What owners say
"Overall, drivers are quite satisfied with the 2013 Ford F-150, praising its spacious interior, towing capabilities, and reliability. Many appreciate the comfort and powerful engine options, especially the EcoBoost V6 for its power and efficiency. On the downside, some have reported issues with AC noise and fuel economy, with a few noting concerns about rust and repairs needed for specific models."
Dependable and reliable well engineered and with the 5.4 Titan v-8 you're always leading the pack
October 2, 2025Saw this truck and was very disappointed, had the expectation to purchase it but when I took a look underneath it was badly corroded in many parts even under the hood. The pics where very disappointed.
October 28, 2025It has just enough of the newer features to not feel like it’s too old

March 10, 2025Vehicle is good usually but this particular one was abused pretty bad
May 19, 2026Too much rust on the undercarriage for me. Broken passenger mirror. I didn’t bother to look much harder at it after looking at front end undercarriage.
August 2, 2026You wouldn't believe the power of the Eco-boost V6, the towing is best in class, and the handling is superb. The interior feels like a luxury car and has plenty of convenient features. The truck has an impressive stance and exterior, as well as great hauling capabilities. The turbochargers provide great power and fuel economy as well as a wonderful overall driving experience. If you can overlook the lack of sound that comes from the engine, and the fact that the center console holds the shift control, than this is the perfect truck for you. Despite the fact that the shifter isn't where you would expect it to be, it does boast a nice feature: Select-shift, which allows you to change gears manually in addition to having the truck do it on it's own. Overall a great truck for anyone.
February 2, 2014Truck was extra clean and like new Great price for condition and year model
April 8, 2024The Best Pickup Truck for the money on the market. Microsoft Sync works great. Cabin is roomy and very well designed with quality materials. Gas mileage has improved over the previous model. Lots of options to choose from. Highly recommended.
February 21, 2015The whole under carriage was rusted out. It had spray on bed liner just crumbling off it
October 23, 2023I bought my 13 in 2017. It has been reliable and solid the past 6 years. In MN it handles the snow and ice fine with times needing to use 4WD in harsher weather. It pulls my 16ft boat with ease and also handles my ice castle too. I love the 3.5 engine its powered just right to haul or give you decent fuel economy. Youre not buying this to get 25+ mpg. Ive had general repairs on it. O2 sensors, 3 of which one can easily get to but there is one up above the cat converter which is tough. Replaced one MAP sensor. Otherwise tires and changing the fluids according to their schedule. And this is with putting on almost 90k in the time ive owned it.
