Love the tan leather interior I was always a fan of that. Yes it is fuel efficient for a large vehicle. Bluetooth that plays audio.

Value is everything with the Lexus RX350. This model year of 2009 was the last year of the 2nd generation ( 2004-2009) of this model. The engine is a 3.5 liter V-6 bullet proof engine 2GR-FE model that if properly taken care of ( oil & oil filter change every 5K miles-ideally) , will last at least 300k miles. This is the car that really does check all the boxes. A 2009 is at an age where mileage is still acceptable between 100-160k, which is just fine for a Toyota-Lexus. At a price of between $7,999-10,500 (at least here in SoCal) it’s like getting a nearly new car for the price of just an ok car. All the features, accessories and quiet - luxury ride. And with comfort (95% of this model have leather and moonroof) its a no brainer. Airbags all over the place. Lots of cargo room in back ( find one with the cargo cover !) . If you can find a one owner, dealership maintained car that’s the best! ! Remember, the demographic that bought these babies new could afford to take care of these with the normal maintenance. These first owners were also older so they didn’t drive these hard. Except for bad accidents you really don’t see these in junkyards so that says a lot. If you don’t live in the rust belt of snow and salt on the roads this car just keeps going and going. Absolutely the best car for a student! The RX is the “Honda Civic” of the Lexus world which means you see them everywhere, for a reason. This model of car has been sold since 1998 ! So when price, quality, dependability,, safety, usefulness , and just plain looks all come together, it’s a no brainer of a great car. The ONLY, negative is fuel mileage with 18mpg city and 23 freeway.

I purchased a used 2007 Lexus RX 350 AWD with 99.5 K miles on it. I could not be happier with the car. I drove 430 miles back and forth from one city to another on stop, the ride. was very comfortable. It has all the features I wanted. Only problem. is there is no Sirius XM, oh well!

Performance is great. acceleration has quick response. Handling is smooth and braking has good stop. The quality is very nice. I like this car. It has a remote starting engine and snow lock system and so on. Design is nice. I chose blue black color that color is perfect. but cost is little bit expensive. Gas mileage is 17 miles per gallon on city road and 24 miles on Highway.

2009RX350. Lease new. build quality noticeably inferior to 2001RX300 we had. Transmission shifts weird. Real concern, engine noise-akin to failing engine. Began at 4000 miles. Our second Lexus, pleased in general. Will lease another one. Being built in Canada is possible cause for lesser build quality versus our previous 2001RX300-which was built in Japan. The engine knock/noise is of obvious concern, however, these are very good vehicles and in general we are pleased. Performance is fine with us Build quality-already covered that no repairs or broken pieces, no squeaks, an occasional rattle in dash board. Mileage as of this writing: 13000 appearance: interior is somewhat bland, the 2001 RX was definitely a better interior. exterior: not bad, it is unique. worthy of a High End auto. Cost ownership: nothing, just the regular maintenance. Fun factor: fun to drive, I can't say, but is it enjoyable and satisfying, yes. would I recommend this vehicle to a friend-absolutely.

I owned a 2007 RX350 until recently it was totaled in a wreck. these SUVs are fantastic and I am trying to buy another one to replace my loss. It is a great value for what you get. Lexus has an excellent crash rating and are one of the top three safest vehicles on the road. A Toyota 4Runner, Land Crusier, or Highlander would be the closet comparison but still not equal to a Lexus.

I owned a Lexus which I traded in for this newer model. I like the way that particular car handles as well as the features I didn’t have on previous autos. The looks the performance the ease of handling and the features other cars don’t have. It was money well spent..

I like the interior design from the dash board and mid section. Also, the engine has great assembly for maintenance purposes.

Car seemed mechanically sound with low miles but the dashboard and lack of window insulation (road noise) made it the least pleasant of my test drives. The car itself is good value but has lost the Lexus experience
