Its not too big, moves around in traffic well, great get up and go. For me its the right size for my job, plus big enough to comfortably carry me and my granddaughters on our adventures whether big or small. I am a life long Ford driver!
March 17, 2021The acceleration is suprisingly quick for being a four cylinder engline. Braking is great, even in the snow. Gas mileage is great, about 21 mpg in the city in the winter, can't wait to see how it is in the summer. The features are awesome. It comes with 6 months fre Sirius, moonroof, great sounding stereo and speakers, power windows, doors, and locks and much more. It's a great vehicle and fun to drive, definitely recommended.
January 28, 2009Features are great, as long as they all work! Its a good value, as long as the car is checked out by a 3rd party mechanic. Three out of four Ford Escapes I have considered have issues with manifold and spark plug oil leaks, suggesting the possibility of more serious problems . I like the body style, so will continue looking for reasonable low mileage without serious mechanical indicators.

April 28, 2022Has quite good accelration..Build Quality seems very good,one small squeak in the back somewhere.Love the styling both in and out.Things seem to be easy to get to.We are getting about 17 mpg around town and 23-25 on the hiway.I love driving it (when I can,its my wife's car)It sits up high enough you can see.
May 23, 2011I love my Ford Escape xlt 3.0 was It has lots of power, and drives awesome, it’s a heavier truck, so u don’t feel water at all, it feels very safe to drive
September 22, 2020We were trying to get a car for some time. This Ford Escape is great. Many nice features. Good on gas. Ride is smooth. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone.
January 13, 2021The 2009 Ford Escape Limite V6 was great on any type of road and had very easy handling even in the winter months. After some use, the breaks wore down fairly quickly. It was a very safe car with all around airbags and a higher up frame, safer on the roads. Good bass and sound system!

March 10, 2021plenty of room for car seats etc. nice looking. very dependable, decent mileage, but not great , 21 MPG combined. v6 has lot of power. 4x4 works perfectly, automatic on slick spots, snow rain, etc. good radio system. don't like the sun glare off of the console. should be fixed.
