I own a 2003 civic ex coupe and has only had a few minor issues . 02 sensor, horn stopped working for a bit but then started working again . It currently has 313486 miles and counting. Drives straight, starts every time, and no rattles. Road noise is just a little louder than I would prefer but i have learned to ignore it. Jul 06, 2024

Honda is one of the most reliable brands. Besides normal items that wear out, Honda can easily go 200,000 miles without major repairs. Toyota is up there too. Oct 18, 2021

I love the fact that it does not break the bank to fill up the tank. It is great for singles or families with small kids . The car still looks good and runs great. You can't go wrong with a Honda.Mar 10, 2015

This was my first new car, and first Honda, in 10 years only two flat tires, other than that zero problems, I can tell this car will go forever, nice presence for a car made in 2003, I would highly recommend Honda.Jun 03, 2013

I like that it is very fuel economic, easy to steer, very dependable, easy maintenance, HONDA vehicles keep their value up, great car for school or work, second owner, has power locks/ windows/ mirrors. Have no complaints about this car.Jan 30, 2012

Inexpensive car to own. Not an engaging car to drive, it just goes from A to B and gets the job done. Not very comfortable for tall humans. Relatively easy to work on as far as mechanicals go. Wife likes the small size, I feel vulnerable in such a small cage.Nov 24, 2011

It's a solid daily driver, and a great car for any driver. It doesn't have a lot of power, but it isn't under powered. The top end over 70 MPH is a little disappointing. The interior is nothing special, but then again its a mid/low commuter car. I can be a little noisy on the highway. There's plenty of room in both the front and rear seats. Keep up on the basic maintainence and it will easily last you 200,000+ milesNov 21, 2011

Honda Civic is the most fuel efficient car, recommend this for you to own it and buy
it from Honda. If you are a Honda driver you can save money.

I like my civic because it's reliable. It just works. The gas mileage is great. Not the best looking or most fun car to drive, but it gets the job done.
Cargo space in the trunk isn't the best, and sometimes the car feels like it could use a little more pep, but aside from that, it's great.Nov 03, 2010

Performance wise its great! I have the Sedan EX verison with a manual
transmission and its been awesome! As far as build quality all I've gotta say is its a
Honda. Appearance wise its in great condition and its a very good looking car. It
gets between 30 mpg and 34 mpg. Its been a really fun car to drive in the month

Great performance. Limited repairs thus far but I've only owned it a short period of time. Airbag light is a consistent problem. Nice looking inside and out. Extremely good gas mileage. Fun to drive but is a 4 cyl so not very speedy.Jul 27, 2010

Very reliable, needs no special maintenance, just wish it went faster (only a 1.4L).

Loads of room inside for 4 big adults, 5 smaller ones at a push
Bit boring to drive, and expensive to buy, but a good resale value.

Pretty crappy acceleration in my mind, but I love the way it looks (for an 03). Awesome mileage, and low maintenance. One thing we can't figure out is some mysterious clunk in the back end when going aroung traffic circles (3 mechanics didn't know either). A good, reliable car.Dec 28, 2009

Now that I have a family the car is a little small for a car seat. Other than that the car is a dream, runs well and is amazing on gas. Honda gets 5 stars on the from me. kAug 08, 2009

its a great car...can be easily customized...looks great...just not enough power and torque...i put 80,000 miles on it...and it hasn't break down on me yet...just keep the oil change on schedule you will be fine...Jul 14, 2009

Good and reliable, delivers everything you would expect out of a Honda. But it feels very-- COMMON, Nothing special. But with the price you pay, this is what you get. its quite practical. Id rather get one of those coopers. May 28, 2009

well its a nice looking car with a good aerodynamic body .. when it comes to performance, acceleration is awesom with the Vtech engine and the CVT multitronic transmission. handling of course is much better when compared to other japanese makes that are in stock conditon... economy wise, its got two modes, in the D mode that is in normal driving it does about 15km/l but wen d sports mode is turned on it does only about 8 km/l.. I love my Civic. She's reliable, economical and she looks good too. She's not the fastest pony in the paddock but she can get me where I need to go when I need to got here. She didn't cost all that much and the insurance isn't bad. I think she's a really fun car. She's sitting at just around 50,000 miles and I got her when she had 10,000.Jul 29, 2008

I love my car.It has a nice sporty look to it with an added spoiler.I do however wish to tint the windows and throw a nice pair of rims on it.No not flashy but sharp looking.Maybe I should wait for the si.The speed is good but the pick up is slow Thats because it is a 4 cylinder.It handles great on the road and has a great turning radius.I have abs and srs braking.Need I say more.They have saved me on more than one occasion.I have to say that I do get great gas miles.32 to the gallon.For about 15,000 i got a great looking car with good reliability.Jul 13, 2008

It handles well, holds the road, has some acceleration... loads of storage, has all the mod cons and is relatively cheap to run ad was inexpensive to buy.

my civic had 36000 miles when i took it home it now has 146000 miles i drive about 1000 miles a week and i can say that when it comes time to buy a new car the only thing that comes to mind is honda.Aug 21, 2007

the car is very stabile and has a great grip on the road.
it has very good acceleration.
The breaking is a bit sensitive in my opinion
It has much room for 4-5 passengers and plenty of storage space.
It would buy it again for a small family or couple, and it is a pleasure to drive it.
