Avoid the sequential clutchless transmission version and remain on target with the 5 speed manual !Nov 04, 2023

Very good looking car :) Fast, amazing gas mileage and very sturdy. Best handling car I've ever owned prior to my Evo. No matter how hard I drove this car I never got less than 40 mpg. Very dependable car. I actually want to get another one as a daily driver when we move back to the states :)Jan 15, 2010

While not blisteringly so, fast enough to be a barrel-
load of fun. Incredibly low cost of ownership
considering the style of car, particularly for tyres. It
does have next to no luggage space, but there's
something wrong with you if you are buying this as a
load lugger.Dec 01, 2009

The body is something that most people may not like, but I enjoy it alot. The power is pretty low, but its got nice acceleration. Through corners the lightness and lowness of the car allows it to carve corners at a much higher speed than most other cars.Nov 09, 2009

Its fast for what its got, but what is more impressive is how if
feels. It is always easy to control and loves to be flogged. its
all about the drive and screams to be pushed. little should be
fixed.Aug 28, 2009

My first sports car. Only let me down once after not being used for nearly 3 weeks - the battery was flat. She was really fun to drive. Had her for over 3 years and was sorry to see her go but the rag roof never fitted properly and it was time to move on.Dec 19, 2008

Great gas mileage & so much fun to drive! I didnt do much to it - only replaced with a shorter antenna, added Japanese badges..but kept it stock. Only sold it to get a larger car that would seat 4. I would definitely recommend - its one car I wouldnt mind owning again. Sep 05, 2008

Ton O fun! Tight in the turns. GReat acceleration off the line! Fun to drive with the top down! Bit low for entry and egress! Would love to drop a turbo in it like ow so Cool Dave! Great gas mileage! Bit tough for transporting stuff & pets though! Its a ME time car!Aug 08, 2008

great fun car, most of me mates say that its a girls car - all i can say to that is phht its like a go kart. next best thing to a kit car. Put your foot down and hear the engine roar from behind you. Handles bends like its on rails. However, i wish to purchase a kit car instead, due to being a lil bit more practicalAug 05, 2008

This car is so much fun to drive. It is the best car that I have had yet! It is a V8 and a 5 speed manual which makes it even more fun to drive.Jun 08, 2008

I had this car for a little over a year but had to sell it due to having a child. It threw a rod at close to 40,000 miles and needed a new engine. Luckily Toyota fixed it and covered it under the warranty even though the warranty was up.May 22, 2008
